This is a first, working version of the consolidated view called for in the AGUKA Programme Intelligence & Decision-Support System proposal (Output B). It pools six of AGUKA's sub-programme spreadsheets into one schema — programme, year, district/province, gender, count — using Rwanda's real district and province boundaries. Because the source files don't share a beneficiary ID, records are not de-duplicated across programmes: the same young person could in principle appear in more than one source file. Treat totals as programme touchpoints, not a headcount of unique individuals, until the registry work in the proposal's Output A gives every beneficiary one ID.
Four more AGUKA sub-programmes referenced in the Steering Committee minutes aren't yet in a shared spreadsheet format and so aren't reflected here. As those are standardised, add them from the Update Data tab (or send the files back through this pipeline) and this atlas will extend to cover all ten. Geographic inclusion checks, the entrepreneurship-opportunity mapping, and the awareness-campaign targeting the Steering Committee asked for can all be read off the district and gender views once coverage is complete.
